Meet Our Leadership: The Heart Behind Return & Arize
At Return & Arize Global Collective, we believe that transformative change is led by those who have walked the path themselves and those called to walk alongside them. Our board of directors and incredible team of volunteer staff are the guiding force behind our mission, bringing together decades of lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep, faith-rooted commitment to restoring hope and dignity.
These are the voices that champion our community, the hands that serve with compassion, and the hearts that believe every story deserves a redemptive next chapter.

Don I. Frontone
President & Founder – The Stone River Group, LLC & Stone River Strategies, LLC
"Hello, I'm Don. My life's calling is to serve as a bridge—between the business world and the ministry, and between a person's past and their God-given potential. Many know me as 'Coach,' a title I cherish from my years walking with men and women rebuilding their lives after incarceration. As an ordained minister, my passion is sharing the message of redemption through Jesus Christ, both within prison walls and on international mission fields. I serve as President of His Place Bloomington, where we unite the Body of Christ. My wife, Cynthia, and I are blessed with a growing family, and it is my greatest joy to see lives transformed by God's truth, whether in a boardroom, a pulpit, or a prison cell."

Dr. Cynthia L. Frontone
Ordained Minister – Retired Senior Chaplain – Mentor & Equipper
"Greetings, I'm Dr. Cynthia Frontone. For years, I had the sacred privilege of serving as a Senior Chaplain within the Illinois Department of Corrections. That experience cemented my belief that healing-centered support doesn't end at release; the relationships built inside continue to flourish outside. My journey has taken me from a junior high classroom to evangelizing in 25 countries with a theatrical ministry, all focused on one goal: equipping believers for ministry. With a Doctorate in Theology, my heart is for one-on-one mentorship and seeing individuals step into the transformative power of God's Word. Don and I partner in life and ministry, and our greatest blessings are our four children and eight—almost nine—grandchildren."

Bridgette S. Adams
Role: Reentry Coordinator & Peer Support Specialist
"Hello, I'm Bridgette Adams. For over two decades, my professional life has been dedicated to serving those navigating behavioral health services and the complexities of the justice system. In my role as a Reentry Coordinator for the Cook County Sheriff's Office, I work directly within the system to help individuals prepare for a successful transition back into the community. My background is rooted in both practice and education—with studies in Criminal Justice and Philosophy and a deep understanding of mental health advocacy.

My journey has also been a personal one. As a veteran of the USAF Reserves, I understand duty and service. As a Doctor of Naprapathy, I am passionate about holistic wellness—believing that true reentry support must address the mind, body, and spirit. This belief fuels my desire to walk alongside others, offering not just guidance but also practical strategies for healing. When I'm not working, I'm often researching herbal plants and recipes, because I believe that overcoming challenges, whether in health or in life, is always possible with the right support."
